Round Rock Council To Discuss Noise Ordinance
Changes to existing rules would affect outdoor music venues, although downtown ones and the Kalahari resort would not be included.

ROUND ROCK, TX — Members of the Round Rock City Council are expected to discuss a proposed noise ordinance at their upcoming Thursday meeting.
At the crux of the proposal are additional restrictions at outdoor music venues. However, venues located downtown and the Kalahari resort would be exempt from mulled changes to the existing ordinance.
Among other items on the Jan. 11 council agenda are a resolution for the mayor to execute an interlocal agreement with Brazos River Authority, Williamson County, City of Georgetown and Brush Creek Utility District for a proposed relocation of portions of the Williamson County Regional Raw Water Line.
