Round Rock Garbage And Recycling Delayed One Day During Holidays
City offices to be closed Dec. 24-25 for Christmas holiday

City offices, including the Library, Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Municipal Court, Baca Center and Utility Billing Office will be closed Thursday and Friday, Dec. 24-25, for the Christmas holidays. Utility bills and court-related fines can be paid online.

Friday’s residential and commercial trash pickup will be delayed. Questions can be directed to Round Rock Refuse.

Christmas Tree Recycling
Need to recycle your Christmas tree? Trees can be recycled at the Round Rock Recycling Center, 310 Deepwood Drive, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The trees will be shredded into mulch which is free to Round Rock residents for pickup at the recycling center. Be sure to remove all decorations, nails, wires, ornaments, tree stands, lights, and tinsel before bringing in your tree.
On Saturday, Dec. 26 and Saturday, Jan. 2, 2020 only, the City will give away small tree seedlings (100 per day/one per vehicle) and provide volunteers to help unload trees for residents who bring their Christmas trees for recycling.
