Round Rock Launches Water Usage Portal For Residents

After creating account at RRTXWater.com, residents can monitor water usage, pay their bill, compare neighbors' use without transaction fees.

ROUND ROCK, TX — The city has launched an online billing portal allowing residents to manage usage and payments more efficiently, officials said.

City utility customers can log on to RRTXWater.com to pay their bill, track and compare water usage, and receive timely information and updates. After creating an account, utility customers can compare their usage to others in their ZIP code and region, sign up to receive billing and service notifications, and set up auto pay by debit or credit card.

Here's another big plus that comes with the new portal: There are no longer transaction fees for payments using a debit and credit card, according to city officials.
