Hubbard left the scene but police later found him parked at a nearby gas station along the 400 block of University Boulevard. Police said he appeared bleeding from fresh cuts to his fingers, according to the report.
Hubbard told police he smashed the window of the SUV because it was possibly involved in a theft, according to the affidavit. But police didn't, charging Hubbard with criminal mischief, a state felony punishable by up to two years behind bars. He was being held at the Williamson County Jail with bail set at $15,000.
