Round Rock Man Arrested After Allegedly Poking Boy With Fork
A newly released affidavit details the incident that occurred over the weekend at the Old Settlers RV Park, 180 Harrell Parkway
ROUND ROCK, TX — A Round Rock man was jailed after being accused of sticking a boy with a fork at an RV park, according to a published report.
Police were called to the Old Setters RV Park at 180 Harrell Parkway just before 4 p.m. on Saturday, according to an arrest affidavit referenced by the Austin American-Statesman in a report. The caller complained of two intoxicated men allegedly trying to fight an eight-year-old boy who'd been poked with a fork, according to the report.
The boy is said to have shown an arriving officer four-inch scratch marks on his left shoulder where he was allegedly stabbed, according to the affidavit. The officer then compared the tines of the fork with the scratch imprints, finding a match, the Statesman reported.
