Domestic disturbance leads to shooting on Provident Lane Wednesday morning; DA mulling whether the woman in custody will be charged.

A preliminary investigation indicates the violence stemmed from a domestic disturbance, Oliver added. Initially, police said three people had been detained before amending the report to indicate the woman is now in custody.
By Wednesday evening, Oliver added via email the woman in custody is cooperating with the police investigation. "We are working with the district attorney to determine if she will be charged in this incident," he wrote. "We will release additional information as it becomes available."
