Round Rock Students Get 'Professional Women Of Williamson County' Scholarships
The awards are meant to empower and encourage young women as they get ready to enter the work force.

ROUND ROCK, TX -- A pair of local students were bestowed scholarships from the Professional Women of Williamson County organization on Wednesday.
Celine Morshed from Stony Point High School received a $1,500 Nancy Hampton Memorial Scholarship and Danielle Christine Buzzard of Round Rock High School was awarded a $1,000 scholarship at the ceremony. Among those in attendance was the state's First Lady Cecilia Abbott.
The :PWOW's mission is to provide an environment for professional women to be educated, encouraged and empowered. The group started out as a small collection of women and now counts many members in its ranks.
