Two local agencies receive donations from the Friends of the Library
September 3, 2020
Readers succeeded in reaching the Round Rock Public Libraryβs goal of 1 million points during this yearβs Community Reading Challenge, which equals more than 16,000 hours of reading! Since the goal was met, the Libraryβs support organization, Friends of the Round Rock Public Library, donated $250 each to the Round Rock Area Serving Center and to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. A few lucky readers also won gift cards in a drawing sponsored by the Friends of RRPL.
