Using a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing,Therapy, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Therapy, I focus on addressing your current concerns and helping you understand the therapeutic methods used. My sessions are designed to support you in achieving your goals. I understand that reaching out for help can be daunting. Having faced life's challenges myself, I know how difficult it can be to advocate for one's needs and seek understanding and support. I value you as a person and will walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. I offer online sessions and a free 15-minute introductory call.
