Threat Against Round Rock School Deemed Not Credible

Deputies were at the Double File Elementary School on Thursday morning to ascertain validity of threat before giving the all clear.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — Williamson County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call about an alleged threat at a elementary school on Thursday morning.

The sheriff on twitter said deputies were at Double File Trail Elementary investigating the validity of the threat. Deputies were at the school on site to safeguard the site until their investigation concludes.

After investigating the matter, the Williamson County Sheriff's Office just before noon reported the threat that was made against the school was found to be not credible, and the school was not in danger.
