Suspected Drunk Driver Leaves Toddler Behind In Round Rock Wreck
Williamson County Sheriff's Office on Saturday evening was looking for a man who is believed to have been drunk when he crashed and fled.

ROUND ROCK, TX — Police on Saturday were searching for a man accused of leaving a toddler behind after a drunk driving crash, officials said.
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office said a child of about two years old was found abandoned in the Poloma Lake are of the city in the aftermath of a vehicle crash that occurred just past 8 p.m. Officials believe the driver was drunk and fled the scene of the wreck, leaving the child behind.
The vehicle involved in the crash is described as a newer model, silver-colored Nissan Altima with minor damage to the front portion. The suspect is described as a heavyset Hispanic male standing at around six feet tall who was wearing tan cargo shorts and a striped, rainbow-collared shirt.

The sheriff's office also tweeted a photo of the child while obscuring the toddler's face in the hopes someone might recognize the young crash victim by the clothes worn. The child is wearing a white T-shirt with a picture of an aquatic creature on it and red pants.
Anyone with information as to the man's whereabouts is urged to call 911.
