Suspicious Person Prompts Beefed-Up WilCo Police Patrols
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office said a man tried to lure 2 girls into following him at the Rattan Creek area of the county.
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — The sheriff's office beefed up its patrols in the Rattan Creek area on Sunday amid reports of a man attempting to lure two girls into following him, officials said.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, an unknown male driver pulled up to the front yard of a home asking the two girls to follow him. The driver did not exit the vehicle during the incident, the sheriff's office noted.
The subsequent fortified patrols were sparked after the parents of the girls reported the incident, the sheriff's office claimed. No further details were released.
