Wash Tub Offers Central Texas Teachers Free Car Cleanings

From Aug. 1-15, The Wash Tub workers will wash teachers' vehicles as a way of saying thanks ahead of the new school year.

ROUND ROCK, TX — Folks at The Wash Tub is ensuring that school faculty members return to school in style with free, full-service car washes next month.

The car washing chain will offer free car washes from Aug. 1-15 for school staff members. Faculty members must present a valid ID to redeem the offer, which includes a complete interior vacuum cleaning, soft cloth wash, towel dry and even a total wipe-down of the dash, console and windows, according to a press advisory.

“Our local teachers and staff do so much for the community that we feel it is The Wash Tub’s responsibility to give back as much as we can," Wash Tub President Matt Vizza said in a prepared statement. "I personally want to say thank you to all teachers for their never-ending care and support of our children."
