The aim of the gatherings is to review and assess county infrastructure needs toward determining the need for a November bond election. If a need for the issuance of public debt to fund projects is determined, committee members will convey that information to Commissioners Court toward potential public financing.

The Citizens Bond Committee staged its first meeting on this matter March 21 in the Commissioners Courtroom of the historic courthouse, 710 S. Main St., in Georgetown, Texas. For more information or to view presentations from previous meetings: www.wilco.org/bondcommittee.
