WilCo Veterans Services Moves to Appointment Only System
In helping vets secure benefits to which they're entitled, officials seek to eliminate long wait times during walk-in visits.
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — Starting on Monday, all visits to the Williamson County Veterans Services offices will be by appointment in an effort to eliminate waiting times for walk-in visits.
The Williamson County Veterans Services office is working to provide better service for area veterans seeking assistance in obtaining all the benefits to which they are entitled, officials said. To that end, the appointment-only system was launched on Monday, July 1.
To make your appointment, call the Veterans Services front desk at (512) 943-1900. Appointments also can be made in person at the Veterans Services office (100 Wilco Way, Suite V101, in Georgetown) during office hours: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
