Williamson County Offers Basic Life Support Provider Classes
May 20 classes are designed for those working in healthcare profession or wishing to pursue careers in the field.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — Williamson County EMS is offering the American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) Provider class on Saturday, May 20, at the EMS Clinical Practices Building, in Georgetown.
The BLS Provider class is primarily directed to those currently working in or those that wish to work in the healthcare profession. This is an instructor led class that incorporates a video directed approach to teaching. The participants will learn how to perform CPR on adult, child and infant patients. Management of choking patients also will be covered. After successful completion of the written and skills testing, the participants will receive a course completion card from the American Heart Association.
