Williamson County Offices To Be Closed On Labor Day
Despite office closures, animal shelter will remain open with a special deal: Free pet adoptions to anyone with a pay stub!

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS — Williamson County offices will be closed this coming Labor Day, officials announced this week.
Labor Day is on Monday, Sept. 3. County offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Sept. 4, officials said.
However, the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and Canine Corral will be open regular business hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Labor Day. And there's more good news on this front: "In honor of those who work their tails off," county officials said in a press advisory, with pun likely intended, "WCRAS is offering free pet adoptions, excluding puppies, to anyone with a pay stub from Saturday, Sept. 1, through Monday, Sept. 3."
