County offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Sept. 4, officials said. However, the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and Canine Corral will be open regular business hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Labor Day. And there's more good news on this front: "In honor of those who work their tails off," county officials said in a press advisory, with pun likely intended, "WCRAS is offering free pet adoptions, excluding puppies, to anyone with a pay stub from Saturday, Sept. 1, through Monday, Sept. 3."
