Williamson County Offices Closed Due To Severe Weather
All county offices, including those in Round Rock, will close on Tuesday, Jan. 16, due to a winter storm marked by sleet and freezing rain.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — Williamson County offices will close on Tuesday, Jan. 16, due to expected severe winter weather, officials said.
At midnight on Tuesday, officials activated the Williamson County Emergency Operations Center ahead of the winter storm. Residents are advised to monitor weather forecasts and if travel is necessary, reduce speed and drive with caution. A vehicle needs as least three times more space to stop on a slick roadway, officials reminded drivers.
