Williamson County Seeks Input On Health, Wellness Needs
Tuesday marked kick-off of first phase of the Community Heath Assessment (CHA), with input being sought from residents via survey.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX – Working to improve health and wellness in the region, county officials have released a survey to collect community feedback on what they perceive to be the most pressing community needs.
Officials said Tuesday marked the kick-off of the first phase of the Community Heath Assessment (CHA), which engages community members and local public health system partners to collect and analyze health-related data from many sources. Feedback from residents will be used to inform decision-making, prioritize health issues, and assist in the development and implementation of Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
