The list contains items to stock your pantry, tips for vehicle safety, and general emergency preparedness advice. City officials emphasized bottled water and canned and non-perishable food items in the event of a prolonged power outage, as well as basic winter emergency supplies like a first aid kit, batteries, and warm clothing.   2. The Austin Board of Realtors has published data showing that the Austin-Round Rock area sold more homes in 2021 than ever before. The report shows residential home sales rising 2.5 percent and concluding with the sale of 41,316 homes in 2021. Despite the promising data, a lack of inventory and global supply chain issues have led to a prediction of a 5 to 7 percent decline in closed sales across the region in 2022. (KVUE.com)
