According to an affidavit referenced by the Austin American-Statesman, Bruce bought a 2012 Hyundai Equus for $16,816.38 from a Round Rock Hyundai dealership this past August.

But she's said to have used a forged temporary Texas driver's license and the identify of a Killeen woman to make the purchase, according to the report. After the check was returned and found to be forged, Killeen police found the stolen vehicle under a car cover in a parking lot of an apartment complex at 2318 Andover Dr. in Killeen, the report indicates.
