Applications Open For SAWS Board Of Trustee – Southeast Quadrant Position In City Of San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – The City of San Antonio is seeking applicants to fill the position of the San Antonio Water System Board of Trustee, Southeast Quadrant with a term expiring May 31, 2022.

The San Antonio Water System Board consists of the Mayor and six members appointed by the City Council. Trustees must be a U.S. Citizen and reside either within the area served by SAWS or within the corporate limits of the City. Members are limited to a maximum of two, four-year terms running from June 1st to May 31st.

The SAWS Board of Trustees usually meets the first Tuesday of each month at 9 AM in the SAWS Administrative Office Board Room located at 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North.

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021. Applications are available at: https://webapp9.sanantonio.gov/BoardCommApplication/vacancies. Applicants must list home address on the application for verification of eligibility.
