Here are the top stories in San Antonio today:
- Biscuits, potatoes and eggs, Oh My! One local food truck called The Baked Bird serves all three and more! Owner and chef, Jennifer Sdeb, said, "The Baked Bird is a total passion project for me. It kind of got started on a whim." Their menu features breakfast dishes, including "signature items" like smoked salmon, scratch made biscuits and gravy, and a chorizo hash potato dish. - If you're planning to go camping soon, there are plenty of spectacular state parks in Texas, including "seven fantastic places" right here in San Antonio! Whether you like fishing or looking for "prehistoric dinosaur tracks," you can do that and more during your "camping outing" in town. - There's a new foodie in town who has "quickly reached San Antonio social media stardom." His name is Manuel Dy and he's 93 years old! When his wife passed away in December 2021, his daughter Ruthie Wu brought him from Manila to San Antonio to live with her. - Jolene Guerra, a San Antonio mom, has created an app called "Breastaurant" to help parents with the "nationwide baby formula shortages."
