β€œI ask my fellow Council Colleagues to consider supporting this request to change the name in order to demonstrate the work of the commission does not belong to one specific office, but to the entire city. My hope is to have this moving for completion in March 2020 for Women’s History Month and to honor the 100 year anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment.”
