  1. If you haven't gotten a Mother's Day gift yet, you may want to do it soon! Several local businesses in town offer "lavish hotel parties to take-home gifts, to more low-key opportunities to celebrate with kids or on a budget." No matter how you plan to celebrate your mom, just be sure to "make your reservations ASAP," but if you wait until the last minute, don't worry. Remember there are many places in town where you can get her some flowers and a card, or you can even make "some homemade special treats" for her to enjoy on Mother's Day!   2. Latin music star Ozuna will make a stop in San Antonio on Friday, Oct. 21 during his "Ozutochi World Tour in the United States." His local performance will be held at 8 p.m. at the AT&T Center located at 1 AT&T Center Parkway. This year, Ozuna has already released new music "from his song 'Santo,' a collaboration with Christina Aguilera, to 'Deprimida,' and most recently, 'Apretaito,' a single with Latin Grammy nominee Boza." In addition to "multiple Latin Grammys," the singer was placed on "Time Magazine's Most Influential People list in 2019." He has also performed alongside other famous singers such as the "king of reggaeton Daddy Yankee, Cardi B, J Balvin, and Rosalia." Los Patios, located at 2015 NE Loop 410, "will debut its First Friday Night Market on Friday, May 6 from 4-7 p.m. The event will feature "local vendors including Gardopia Gardens, Special Leaf, San Antonio Microgreens, Alamo City Kettle Corn, and more." During that time, restaurants and shops at the site will stay open late, and guests will have an opportunity "to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a bounce house and lawn games" as well as "a sundown screening of animated hit 'Sing 2' on the property's lawn." Christine Mayer, one of the property owners, said, "It's a great opportunity for families to come out and chill in a safe and relaxing environment, which is part of our health and wellness movement here on property."
