Morning, neighbors! Gabriela Couvillion here with a brand-new copy of the San Antonio Daily.

Here are the top stories today in San Antonio:
- Luxury San Antonio real estate firm, Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, recently released a series of short films produced by "Chicago-based branding house Evoker, Inc." The films focus "on the story of each individual agent in order to tell the story of the greater company." J. Kuper, president and principal broker of Kuper, says that "buying or selling a home is an intensely personal process, not just a business transaction." With these films, Kuper hopes that potential clients will get a chance to "get to know our agents on a deeper level." (culturemap.com)
- The City Of San Antonio's Department Of Arts and Culture recently awarded $5,000 grants to 30 artists, "as part of its new Individual Artists Project Grants Program." Grants were awarded in the "Literary Arts, Media Arts, Multi-Disciplinary, Performing Arts and Visual Arts" disciplines. "The grants support the production of new, original, and high-quality art to be presented in the city over the next 18 months." For a complete list of grantees, visit: (Press Release Desk)
- Have fun getting lost in a "Texas-sized corn maze" this coming Saturday at Trader's Village, located at 9333 S. Loop 410 at Old Pearsall Road in San Antonio. There will actually be "three mazes located across 10 acres, with one maze designed specifically for tiny tots that is just under a half-mile long," so people of all ages can enjoy. The cost of admission to the corn mazes, which includes a pumpkin patch and petting zoo, is $9.99 per person. For $14.99, each guest can upgrade to the corn maze and all-day rides. There will also be a $5 cost to park at Trader's Village. For more information about this fun fall event, visit: (KSAT San Antonio)
- After almost 10 years of touring without a break, the European band Volbeat had to put their tours on hold as result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although they had a chance to spend quality time with family, they are excited to be back on the road. The Danish band will be performing its first live performance in two years "Wait a Minute … Let's Tour" in San Antonio on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at Vibes Live in downtown venue the Rock Box. For ticket information, visit: (San Antonio Current)
- On Monday, Sept. 27, the rock band Tool announced its four-month tour. They will perform at the AT&T Center on Feb. 2, 2022. According to Billboard, the band had to cancel its 2020 tour due to the pandemic. Drummer Danny Carey said "these past 18 months have been trying, to say the least, but from great trials come great lessons and great rewards. We are looking forward to sharing them with you." Frontman Maynard James Keenan added "let's finish what we started, shall we?" For ticket information, please visit: (mySA)
