SAN ANTONIO (March 25, 2021) – To encourage residents to provide the best health care for their family pet, Animal Care Services has created a search tool that locates veterinary clinics throughout San Antonio and the surrounding area. The interactive Veterinary Clinics map can be found on the ACS website at www.saacs.net or directly at http://saacs.info/vetcare. In addition to finding clinic contact information, pet parents can look for veterinarians based on specific services like wellness care, extended hours or low-cost vaccinations and spay-neuter surgery.

The link also lists a number of financial assistance tools to help residents faced with unexpected veterinary expenses. More than two hundred veterinary clinics in San Antonio and the surrounding area are currently listed on the ACS map. Veterinarians can also submit their clinic’s information for inclusion on the search tool by using the direct link.
