“Today in the City Council Special Session, I expressed support for the City’s alternative funding proposal for the Edward’s Aquifer Protection Program (EAPP).
This plan can provide dedicated funding over the next decade and ensure that our community's water remains, clean, safe, and vigilantly protected.

It is reassuring to know that the Conservation Advisory Board (CAB), which has overseen the EAPP since its inception, and its Chair Dr. Francine Romero have also issued a resolution of support for this initiative.”
