San Antonio: Councilwoman Viagran Attends Lake Eerie – A Halloween Haunted Park Drive Thru

SAN ANTONIO - On Saturday, October 24th, the District 3 staff joined The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department for the Lake Eerie – A Halloween Haunted Park Drive Thru event at Southside Lions Park (Lake Side). Pre-registration was required for families attending from the District 3 area.

“What a great turnout! The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department really outdid themselves with their spooky stations and goodie bags. This event has proven that we as a community can still have fun while staying safe and social distancing. We are happy to have participated in a wonderful family Halloween event,” Councilwoman Viagran stated. “Holidays are going to look much different this year, but we can still find ways to celebrate safely.”
The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department enforced face coverings, social distancing and conducted COVID screenings on-site for all staff who participated in the event.
