“This Pandemic has caused unforeseen circumstances which is causing a lot of pain for many residents. As non-payment and evictions continue to spike, no one wants to see evictions for tenants or loss of property for landlords struggling with mortgages from non-payments during this Pandemic, therefore we must all come together and pull every resource available to help one another during these difficult times,” stated Councilwoman Jada Andrews-Sullivan.
Earlier today, District 2 staff, along with the Neighborhood and Housing Services Department (NHSD), placed flyers on apartment doors at Edge Apartments and Commerce Apartments to help inform tenants of the resources available to them from the City of San Antonio to avoid an eviction.
