San Antonio: District 2 Giving Brings Holiday Cheer

SAN ANTONIO (December 3, 2020) - Early this morning District 2 joined Valero’s Blue Santa in bringing holiday cheer to local families. The yearly event is hosted by Valero and the San Antonio Police Department to provide essential items of clothing, food and gifts for holiday cheer.

“Seeing the smiles on the families faces is heartwarming and reminds us all, especially during this COVID pandemic how important giving is, and to continue helping our communities in need”, stated Councilwoman Andrews-Sullivan. “Much gratitude to Valero and the San Antonio Police Department for teaming up today with District 2 and sharing in the gift of giving during this holiday season, the greatest gift is truly giving”.
