San Antonio: District 3 Brings Holiday Cheer To Local Family

SAN ANTONIO — Today, District 3 participated in Valero’s Blue Santa event. Every year, Valero partners with the San Antonio Police Department to provide 30 families with essential items such as food, clothing, and gifts to ensure they have a memorable holiday experience. Keeping COVID protocol in mind, safety measures were enforced.

“It is events like this that mean so much to me and our community. This year has been especially hard for families and gifting them with essential items offers a huge sense of relief and some holiday cheer,” stated Councilwoman Viagran. “A big thanks to Valero and the San Antonio Police Department for including District 3 residents in this event. The spirit of giving is so important and today I witnessed so much gratitude – it was priceless.”
