San Antonio: Expanded Household Hazardous Waste Disposal

SAN ANTONIO (November 4, 2020) – Beginning Friday, November 6, Solid Waste Management residential customers may now come to the Bitters HHW drop-off location the first Friday of every month and on the following Saturday. This month’s dates are Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7. In December, the dates will be Friday December 4 and Saturday November 5. Hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The address is 1800 Wurzbach Parkway, 78216.

Customers who need to dispose of unwanted hazardous materials such as antifreeze, motor oil, paint, pesticides, batteries, old computers or cell phones should bring a recent copy of their CPS Energy utility bill along with a picture ID to enter the location.

Old medications will not be accepted. Information on that can be found at www.meddropsa.com.
