Her 1989 class ring which was stolen 18 years ago was returned to her by The Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union who "found the ring, Googled the high school and the name, and made the call." Constantino said, "My mom passed away in 2003 from breast cancer, and a couple of months later my house was broken into and stuff that was taken from my house was my jewelry from my jewelry box. And part of that joy was my class ring." Thanks to the kindness of other, the ring and the owner are finally reunited once again. (KSAT San Antonio)

With a high of 77° in San Antonio, "Christmas 2021 tied with Christmas 2005 for the 2nd warmest Christmas in the past 50 years" in the Alamo City, and the warm weather is supposed to continue for the rest of the year. This is good if you're traveling across the state this week, since there will probably be "very fewer weather-related problems," but even if your dreams of a white Christmas didn't come true, your wish for colder weather may be granted as it looks like a strong cold front is arriving the first weekend of 2022. 4. With many places closed on Christmas day, one of the most read stories was about the 10 festive San Antonio restaurants that were open, providing "festive feasts for your holiday weekend." If your out-of-town guests are still in town, you may want to take them to one of those eateries, for lunch or dinner with the rest of the family.
