• Mother, grandmother driving to South Padre Island killed in wrong-way Hwy. 121 crash (fox4news.com) — A North Richland Hills family driving overnight to South Padre Island for vacation was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver on Highway 121 near Fort Worth, killing a mother and grandmother and injuring an 11-year-old girl. Police say the Jeep driver, who also died, had been traveling the wrong way for some distance, and investigators are asking anyone with video or information to contact Fort Worth PD.
