2 Men Cited In Austin For Indecent Exposure In Separate Incidents

One of the incidents on Friday took place in South Austin, where Joseph Doucet, 49, was arrested at 1500 block of East Side Drive.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Two men were arrested in separate incidents of indecent exposure this weekend, according to reports, including in South Austin.

Police on Friday were called to the 1500 block of East Side Drive amid reports of a man exposing himself under a bridge near Little Stacy Park, KXAN reported. Joseph Doucet, 49, was cited for the incident, and police also found a small bag of methamphetamine in the hearing-impaired man's pocket, according to the report.

Police later learned Doucet has been arrested three times over the last two years for indecent exposure and peeping into windows, the news station reported.

On the same day, Robert Daniel Cummings, 37, was arrested after being accused of exposing himself in the 1000 block of East 41st Street, according to the report. The man, witnesses told police, was walking around in front of a store with his pants down.

Cummings claimed he was merely "sagging" his pants in lowing them to use the bathroom, according to an arrest affidavit referenced in the report.
