Five Teens Hospitalized After Late-Night Crash In South Austin
Three of the victims sustained potentially life-threatening injuries, Austin-Travis County EMS medics said.

South Austin, TX -- Five teenagers were hospitalized -- two with potentially life-threatening injuries -- following a Monday night crash.
Several emergency vehicles responded to the scene of the crash at the intersection of South First Street and West Stassney Lane shortly after 11 p.m. on Monday, according to Austin-Travis County EMS medics.
Two of the teens were ejected from the vehicle on impact, while two others were pinned inside the mangled vehicle, officials said. The injuries of three of the victims were categorized as potentially life-threatening while two others were not considered to be life-threatening.

All five of the victims were taken to Dell Children's Medical Center for treatment of their injuries, according to EMS officials.
