FloSports is currently looking for an entry level graphic designer who has incredible skills AND loves our sports. Graphic Designer - Robots and Pencils
You are passionate and love your craft. You have a pixel level attention to detail; there is not a thing you haven’t thought about in your designs. You are able to create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate your ideas. You know the importance of grids, visual hierarchy, color theory and typography. You are up-to-date on iOS, Android and mobile UI/UX patterns and best practices. You think creatively and you have a wild imagination. You are always looking to produce new ideas and offer creative design solutions. You are also able to effectively manage tasks of varying complexity without compromising your work.

We’re looking for Graphic Designers with high levels of digital expertise. You’ll work closely with art directors, photographers, and writers to deliver strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and product launches. This position requires a detailed understanding of the design process, drawing from a broad experience of digital design projects. A history of successful projects involving the full delivery of finished campaigns is essential. This position includes creating and executing design concepts as well as maintaining visual appearance, usability and brand continuity.

The Graphic Designer creates and formats visually impactful sales and proposal response documents by developing compelling, high-quality graphics which reflect key sales messages. They develop and edit all graphics and art in solicitation responses using previously created graphics material as a starting point, and / or by creating original material following guidelines, instruction and concepts provided by the response team. These concepts may include win themes and key selling messages that must be graphically depicted to be easy to understand, visually effective and focused. S/he formats documents for consistency and ensures proper alignment of graphics and captions. The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of high quality, professional documents with compelling graphics and messaging.
