Impaired Driving Mobility DWI Enforcement Period In City Of Austin

The Austin Police Department (APD) conducted an Impaired Driving Mobility (IDM) DWI enforcement period between June 25 thru July 11, 2021. During this time period, 138 DWI related arrests were made:

Of those arrests, the following number had enhanced DWI Charges

Breath Samples Over .15: 17
Class A Misdemeanor DWI (With prior convictions): 17
Child Passenger: 4
Felony DWI (2 or more prior convictions) : 11
