Man Critically Injured In South Austin Wreck

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A man was critically injured in a South Austin traffic crash Friday afternoon, medics said.
The man in his 60s was transported to St. David's South Austin Medical Center after the 2:30 p.m. wreck at the intersection of Manchaca Road and William Cannon Drive, Austin-Travis County EMS medics said. All southbound lanes of Manchaca were closed for some time to accommodate emergency crews.
It's unclear what may have caused the crash.
