Man Dies In Austin After Travel Trailer Catches Fire
By the time firefighters arrived at 400 block of Hickory Ridge Road, structure was fully engulfed in flames and victim in throes of death.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A man in his 50s perished in a Friday afternoon fire in a travel trailer that became fully engulfed in flames, officials said.
The conflagration occurred along the 400 block of Hickory Ridge Road in Manchaca just before 1 p.m. According to fire officials, a bystander who happened upon the fire pulled the victim out. But efforts by Austin-Travis County EMS medics to revive the man proved unsuccessful.
It's unknown what may have caused the blaze. Patch will update as more information is made available.
