Man Dies In Possible Drowning At South Austin Water Park
Medics were called to the Quest Water Park along 10800 block of FM 1625 finding unresponsive victim later pronounced dead.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A man died after a possible drowning at a South Austin water park on Tuesday.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics responded to Quest Water Park along the 10800 block of FM 1625 Tuesday afternoon, finding an unresponsive man in his 50s. Medics performed CPR on the victim to no avail as he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Quest is the first and only cable wakeboard park in the city, located in southeast Austin. Cable skiiing involves the activity of water skiing by being pulled by an electrically driven cable, as opposed to a traditional water skiing in which participants are pulled by a motorboat.
