Pedestrian Hurt After Being Struck By Car: Austin EMS
Incident along 2300 block of Riverside Drive just before 6 p.m. left a man in his 40s seriously injured, medics said.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A pedestrian was struck by a car on an Austin roadway, the latest such incident occurring Friday evening.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics responded to the 2300 block of Riverside Drive just before 6 p.m. where a man in his 40s was injured after being hit by a vehicle. The man was rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center with injuries that, while serious, were not deemed to be life-threatening.
