Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle In South Austin Seriously Injured
Collision at intersection of East Riverside Drive and Wickersham Lane left man in his 30s with serious but non=life-threatening injuries.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A man sustained serious injuries after being struck by a car in South Austin late Tuesday.
The collision occurred at the intersection of East Riverside Drive and Wickersham Lane at around 10 p.m., according to Austin-Travis County EMS medics via Twitter. The victim, a man in his 30s, was rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of injuries that, while categorized as serious, were not deemed to be life=threatening.
It's unclear what may have caused the collision or if the motorist was cited.
