SOUTH AUSTIN, TX -- Police have located the mother of a two-year-old who was found alone wandering the streets.The little girl was found in the 2200 block of Willow Creek Drive shortly after 8 a.m. on Monday, police said. Some three hours later, police disclosed they had found the child's mother.Earlier, police sent out an advisory asking for help from the public in locating the child's parents. A reverse 911 call was sent to nearly 3,000 residents in the area as police sought the girl's mother.
