SOUTH AUSTIN, TX -- Police seek the public's help in locating a missing elderly man who was last seen on Feb. 17.Harvey Donald Brown, 78, was reported missing from 4801 Yucca Hill Lane, police said in a bulletin. He was last seen at about 3 p.m. on Feb. 17.Brown has white hair and beard and blue eyes. He is 5' 5" tall and weighs about 140 lbs. He goes by the name "Don," police added. It wasn't known what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance, police noted. He is believed to be traveling on foot.
