Police Seek Aggravated Robbery Suspect From South Austin Store Heist
The man is accused of fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash after demanding the money at gunpoint, police said.

SOUTH AUSTIN -- The Austin Police Department seeks the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to an aggravated robbery in South Austin.
The incident dates to Aug. 11, when a suspect demanded cash from the register of a Valero convenience store at 2101 Boca Raton Dr. at about 5 p.m. The suspect arrived in a newer model, black four-door hatchback sedan, police said.

The suspect demanded money at gunpoint and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen driving northbound in the 11200 block of the South Interstate 35 frontage road.

Police released still images from a store surveillance camera in the hopes of finding the culprit. He is described as a white or Hispanic man about 3o years old. He stands about 5' 10" with a medium to heavy build with dark hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, t-shirt, cargo shorts and tennis shoes.
