Police Seek Help Finding South Austin Robbery Suspect
Man displayed weapon while demanding cash at incident at 2300 E. Ben White Blvd. on Sept. 23 at around 8:40 p.m., police say.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TEXAS — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect in a convenience store robbery earlier this week in South Austin.
The incident at 2300 E. Ben White Blvd. dates to Sept. 23 at around 8:40 p.m. Police said the suspect wanted for aggravated robbery displayed a handgun while demanding cash before leaving the scene in a dark gray or black SUV. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a black man in his early 30s of short stature and thin build. He was last seen a wearing a blue hoodie and matching baseball hat with black pants. Police released a surveillance camera image in the hopes someone might recognize the suspect and alert them as to his whereabouts.
