Sense Corp. Moves Offices To South Austin
The transfer is good for the region with ripple effect of 58 local employees using local goods, services.
SOUTH AUSTIN, TX -- Management consulting firm Sense Corp. has relocated to Rollingwood Center off Bee Cave Road, according to a published report. The Austin Business Journal reports the firm founded in 1966 formerly had its offices on South MoPac Expressway. The company employs 154 workers, 58 of whom are Austin-based.
The office move is a certainty — and a minor boon to South Austin given the economic ripple effect of employees consuming area goods and services. Less certain is where exactly the company is based: A company spokeswoman told the Austin Business Journal it's headquartered in Austin, but its sister publication reports the company is based in Maplewood, a St. Louis suburb.
Either way, South Austin comes out the winner in the corporate move, regardless of its scale.
