South Austin Construction Workers Hurt Following Crane Collapse
Incident on Wednesday just before 9 a.m. at 2301 St. Elmo Rd. resulted in hospitalization of two men for non-life-threatening injuries.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — Two men were injured Wednesday at a South Austin construction site after a crane overturned, officials said.
The accident at the work site occurred just before 9 a.m. at 2301 St. Elmo Rd., Austin-Travis County EMS medics said on Twitter. Austin Fire Department officials said one of the men became trapped under the overturned crane and had to be freed.
Two adult male victim were rushed to St. David's South Austin Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
